New Summer Worship Hours
Reminder – beginning June 7th, worship time will begin at 9am. The summer hours will go through the months of June, July and August. During the summer there will be no Sunday School classes.
Summertime Outdoor Services
Weather permitting, we will have outdoor services on June 14th, July 12th, and August 9th. Bring your comfortable lawn chairs and enjoy the beautiful country scenery that God has provided for us here at St. Peter. Services will begin at 9am with fellowship hour to follow.

Help lead us with some patriotic songs for the All-American Celebration!! Fun will be had by all. Can’t wait to see everyone!
St Peter Lutheran Church’s All American Celebration!!
Come join us for an all-American celebration honoring our country’s 250th anniversary on Friday, July 10th. Our celebration will begin at 5:00 p.m. with festivities being outdoors if weather permits. The evening includes:
- Delicious all-American meal including Fried Chicken and the fixings provided by St. Peter’s
- Wear your patriotic clothes – prize for best dressed!
- Activities include a Cake Walk, Scavenger Hunt, bags and other fun activities for all ages
Invite your friends and family to our celebration. It’s going to be a fun evening celebrating our country.
We will have a sign-up sheet in the Narthex so we have an idea of how much food we will need. We will also have a sign-up sheet if you would like to donate a cake for the cake walk.

Fabric Kits
Sewing is a valuable skill, one that leads to a reliable income for many women and men. Fabric Kits supply vocational training programs with fabric for teaching sewing, and for newly trained tailors to launch their sewing business.
INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING ITEMS IN EACH FABRIC KIT:
Two pieces of cotton or cotton-blend fabric (no knits or 100% polyester); fabric should have no stains or holes and be cut into pieces measuring:

- 2 ¼ yards of 60” wide fabric, or
- 3 yards of 44” wide fabric, or
- 4 yards of 36” wide fabric
- Two spools of matching or neutral-colored general-purpose thread, 250-300 yards each

- Light weight bath towels (dark color) (20”x40”)
- Bars of Bath Soap

There is a container in the Narthex to leave your items.
June thru August:
School Kits in June, July, and August. Containers will be available in the Narthex to collect the following items:
- Notebooks – 70 sheets only
- Pencils (unsharpened) and ball point pens (no gel ink)
- Pencil Sharpeners
- Erasers (2 inches)
- Rulers (inches on one side and centimeters on the other)
- Scissors (blunt safety)
- Boxes of crayons (16 or 24 count only)
*If you would like for Sharon to do the shopping, just give her the money and she will get it done!!
